In 1967, was founded what today is Ponderosa Beach. The vision of our grandparents, together with the dedication and passion of our parents, laid the foundations and values that we do our best to preserve and honor today. Ponderosa Beach is the result of the evolution of a clear concept, named as "chiringuito 2.0". A chiringuito in a wonderful enclave; which is part of the natural park of S’Albufera and is only a few meters away from the sea. The restaurant sits right on the sand of the beach. Ponderosa Beach is made up of two terraces, front and side, and offers unbeatable views of the water. Our cuisine is based on the Mediterranean flavor. In addition to this traditional Balearic taste, Ponderosa Beach counts on a signature cuisine updated each year. Dishes elaborated with a lot of passion and love by our Chef Abraham Artigas and with all the local products that our producers deliver to us daily. Fresh fish tartar, scallops, razor shells and seaweed, kale and seaweed salad, design signature paellas, Majorcan lamb, lightly grilled white tuna fish or the Ponderosa signature desserts are many of what we offer. It is very important to reserve ahead of time since our seats are limited in quantity and date availability.
