BarCelona Tapas & Rice是澳門第一家真正，地道的西班牙美食酒吧。我們每碟餐前小吃，都是以中小份量，為求令客人品嚐更多不同味道，色彩和口感！我們的行政總廚，Hector Costa，在西班牙美食界享負盛名。他在過去二十年間，在不同國家工作如歐洲，中東及亞洲，亦與環球酒店及餐廳集團Relais & Château維持長久的關係。他熱衷於烹飪的藝術以及堅持追求西班牙傳統的味道。他創造獨特用餐體驗，亦為客人帶來驚喜，並視自己烹調的菜餚為 “美味的交響樂”。
BarCelona Tapas & Rice is the first genuine and Authentic Spanish Gastro Bar in Macau. Our menu is made of small and medium size portions of Tapas, all of which were specially designed for sharing in order to enable our Guests to experience a greater variety of flavours, colours and textures! Our Executive Chef, Hector Costa, is a recognized craftsman in the world of Spanish cuisine. He has worked in Europe, the Middle East and Asia for the past 20 years including a long lasting relationship with Relais & Château in Spain and Macau. He is passionate about the art of cooking and has high respect for tradition as well as for the integrity of products and their flavours. He creates unique dining experiences and enjoys surprising his Guests with what he describes as a 'Symphony of Flavours' in his dishes.
